The delivery guy from Alside was nice and he helped deliver and move the windows to the garage. He's working hard for his kids. Good guy.
The installers were just as great. Adrian and Rylan were very easy folks to talk with. They were very detailed and answered many of my questions around the previous setup and the current install. I asked about the foaming and they explained why the foaming process would be a better option than the insulation. Also the were just fun to chat with. We were able to sit at the table and have lunch altogether for those 3 days when the installation were taking place. They were very professional, came to the site on time, and did a great job. Shout out to both of them. They did the bulk of the hard work.
Tyler scheduled and finished the process. Nice guy to chat with. Didn't realize he lived around the same area. Could have just knocked on his door at 2am. He answered my questions, scheduled the work in a timely manner and was very polite.
As for the windows, they are a huge improvement to what we had prior. Not just from a design perspective, but actual thermo dynamics. Right after the installation, I noticed the rooms felt similar in temperature. Before the new windows, two of the four bedrooms would be either extremely cold or hot because the draft would come through the windows. The leak was pretty bad. After the windows, there were no longer leaks. I am expecting we be able to lower our monthly energy consumption due to the hvac having to run less to retain the set temperature. Plus these new windows have better functionality than my old windows ever did. Could wash them pretty easily and they are easy to operate. Wife really love them. I am just sad that I had to give up my benajmins for them. I would rather have my benajmins invite more of their friends to stay in my wallet...oh well.
Overall, it was an extremely positive experience. Would recommend them. I always believe quality is worth it because you don't want to down the road fix it or replace because someone didn't do a good job. I don't have those doubts. The windows may outlive me. Wow! This was such a great experience. We had 27 windows replaced and they look fabulous. The installation team was very professional and courteous and I was kept informed of progress throughout the two day install. Heritage Windows replaced all 21 windows in our home in less than three days, including four large stacked semi-circular ones, with high quality energy-efficient VinylMax windows. We could not have been more pleased with their work! They even uncovered an architectural design flaw with the original construction of the house which was already a problem that we had not yet discovered. Once the measurements were made and the windows ordered within about a month they were ready to be installed. Tyson, initially introduced the product to me and was very thorough and did not pressure me at all. Neil and his assistant did an incredible job installing the windows within a short time frame of 4 to five hours. The following day Anthony installed the new door which involved replacing some rotten boards under the old door frame. I was very impressed with all the repairmen; they really know their stuff. We had a great experience with Heritage Windows. We had 11 windows replaced on the back of our home. The original installation date was scheduled well in advance, and unknowingly, that date turned out to be right after the recent ice storm. Tyler was happy to accommodate our request to change dates on very short notice in order to fit our impacted work schedules from the storm. The install team of Anthony and crew were professional and careful to protect the existing trim and woodwork during the removal of the old windows. They installed the new windows with as much care, and did so in a timely fashion. Work areas were prepped with drop cloths, and kept clean during removal and installation. Anthony came back the next day to finish the detailed window sealing and caulking, which looks great. When the installation was completed, he gave us a full demo of the window functionality. He then repeated that demo with us on all 11 windows to ensure proper installation, and that the operation of each window looked and performed to expected standards. Old windows and debris were all hauled off at the completion of the project. We are very pleased with the windows and service we received from Heritage.

I am so pleased with my new windows from Heritage! Tyson came out with a sample window on the evening of my appointment, measured, and gave me the price of what windows would cost for my home. The price he quoted was under what I expected and I signed a contract that night to have all of my windows replaced. The next day, Anthony, from Clearview Construction, came out and measured my windows and let me know the windows would be ordered right away. He said it would most likely take about 6-8 weeks to get them in. Six weeks later and my windows are already installed and I love them!!! Several things really impress me about this company. Everyone is so professional, polite, trustworthy, and “clean cut”. I cannot say enough good things about everyone from start to finish who sold and installed my windows. I felt safe and trusted Anthony and his crew to work in my home when I wasn’t there. When Tyson came by after the windows were installed, he gave me a refresher course on how to work the

To say I was nervous Nelly about replacing windows in my 100 year old East Nashville bungalow is well.. the understatement of the century. It turns out my nerves were for naught. Just ask Tyson the very patient and kind young man who was the sales agent.
After 20 years of straining to see through to the murky glass that didn’t open and old screens that blocked the light, today I’m looking out beautiful windows with the sunshine pouring in for the first time in 2 decades which begs the question why in the world did I wait for so long?
Tyson was here the whole time and the installers were highly skilled professionals (with great senses of humor) and went out of their way to accommodate me and were extremely conscientious about cleaning up after the project and not leaving a mess. Stress free in every way.
Despite of my initial anxiety, I cannot recommend them enough and in fact have already recommended them to two more people since they left just 2 hours ago.

From the moment we opened our front door to hear Tyson tell us about his window company, to working through the details with him and Neil, to the days the installation crew headed by Layton, carefully placed our new windows, and to Neil’s final inspection was exactly the kind of experience you want from a company you’re trusting one of your largest investments to.
Our home was built in 1986 and still had the original windows, in fact, some were painted shut, so we’ve never opened many of those windows. We were pretty terrified of window companies because quotes came back at nearly one-fourth to one-third the value of our home! I’m in a 100 year old bungalow style home in East Nashville and have needed a window upgrade for a long time. With such an old house things have shifted over time and I knew most of the window frames were slightly crooked. I have heard horror story’s of going with the cheapest installer and wanted something reasonably priced but high quality. Heritage windows definitely delivered with a reasonable price considering the competition. The crew is what really made it worth it to me. They got 28 windows installed in one day! They were well mannered, cleaned up well after themselves and got every window in perfectly straight with a good seal. There was 3 windows that had issues with the sill and they fixed them at no extra charge to make sure the windows would have a proper seal. Everything got a lifetime warranty including the sills they fixed that is transferable to the next owner. So not only has the value of my home gone up and my ease of living to but I can transfer that warranty which makes it even more valuable. Well worth the money without even paying a high premium like some of the other competition. Like I said earlier though the crew makes it really worth it, anything I complained about was fixed in a very reasonable manner. Not to mention how much cooler my house is and how easy to operate and clean these awesome new windows!
